Aliza is a pre-litigation paralegal at Pracht Injury Lawyers. As a native Mexican American, born in Phoenix, Arizona, and later moved to South Carolina, she has seen how much the Hispanic community has grown. She also understands the challenges the community faces. At a young age, she would often help her family members by accompanying them to appointments or navigating complicated paperwork. This commitment to community and family is what inspired Aliza to pursue a legal education.
Aliza is a 2022 graduate of Tri-County Technical College, where she studied History and Spanish. She was the TCTC Arts and Humanities 2022 student of the year and was chosen to be on the 2022 All-State Academic Scholar team for South Carolina’s Technical colleges. She has continued her education through Greenville Technical College’s ABA Paralegal program and will graduate as a NALA-certified paralegal in the summer of 2024.
Outside of the office, Aliza is a history buff and enjoys genealogy and spending time with her husband, Derrick, and her two boys, Alex, and Landon.
