A native of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Kyle Brady graduated from Clemson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Following college, Kyle attended Wake Forest University School of Law, which ranks among the top 25 law schools in the United States. While attending law school at Wake Forest, Kyle was a three-time recipient of the prestigious Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award for achieving the highest grade in his class. Kyle also served on the board of the Wake Forest Law Review and was one of three members of the Wake Forest Moot Court team to be selected to compete in the ABA National Moot Court competition, where they advanced to the National Finals. Kyle graduated from Wake Forest School of Law cum laude in 2021.
After graduating law school, Kyle moved back home to South Carolina, where he began his legal career representing Fortune 500 insurance companies and local businesses at a large defense firm. There, Kyle refined his legal skills and gained valuable insights that he now leverages in fighting for the rights of injured folks. Since becoming a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2021, Kyle has been recognized by his peers as a member of the Columbia Business Monthly’s “Legal Elite,” and earned a spot on the 2023 “Best Lawyers: One’s to Watch” list.
If Kyle is not hard at work fighting for his clients, you will likely find him on the golf course or antiquing with his beautiful wife, Claire. Kyle is an active member of Shandon Baptist Church in Columbia, South Carolina, and is regularly involved in giving back to his community.
